2. Products

All products sold on VoucherShop are digital codes delivered electronically. Once a code is revealed or delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable fees
• Payment must be completed before codes are delivered
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud

4. Delivery

Digital codes are delivered instantly after successful payment. If you do not receive your code within 15 minutes, please contact our support team.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Unused codes — Refunds may be issued within 14 days if the code has not been redeemed
• Used codes — No refunds are available for redeemed codes
• Technical issues — If a code is invalid or does not work, contact support for a replacement or refund

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Sharing accounts or codes for resale is prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

VoucherShop is not liable for issues caused by third-party services, including code redemption problems on external platforms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
