Digital Products
All products sold on VoucherShop are digital codes delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, our return policy differs from physical goods.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Undelivered codes — If you did not receive your code after payment, contact us for a full refund
- Invalid codes — If your code does not work on the vendor's platform, we'll provide a replacement or refund
- Duplicate purchases — Accidental duplicate orders can be refunded if the code is unused
Not Eligible for Refund
- Redeemed codes — Once a code has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded
- Partially used codes — Codes with partial balance used are non-refundable
- Change of mind — We cannot refund codes simply because you changed your mind
Refund Process
- Contact our support team at support@vouchershop.com within 14 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
